Write article using template -> submit article -> review process -> LoA -> Payment -> Registration -> Presentation -> Published by IOP Publishing -> Indexed in Scopus

The procedure and time line:

  1. Writing Full-paper using template

  2. Submit full paper (deadline: Sept 30, 2026)

  3. Review process (until Oct 05, 2026)

  4. Delivery of LoA (without / with revision / reject) by the committee via email (until Oct 08, 2026)

  5. After receiving the LoA, Payment and registration (by payment and uploading the scanned receipt to the web) (until Oct 08, 2026)

  6. The committee sends book of abstract and presentation schedules to the author email (Oct 12, 2026)

  7. Conference day (Oct 16, 2026)

  8. Delivery of Certificate for Presenter and Best Paper (Oct 16, 2026)

  9. Estimation for publication in IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series (1-2 months after conference date)

  10. Estimation for indexing in Scopus (1-2 weeks after published)
