All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Relevance to conference
• Originality
• Research content/depth
• Correctness
• Contribution to knowledge
• Readability

Manuscripts will be selected based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

Reviewers have the right to accept manuscripts without revision, with minor revision, with major revision, or reject them.

In case a manuscript receives minor or major revision, the author must revise it based on reviewer comments and resubmit it before the deadline stated in the LoA. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the similarity index is below 30%. Any rejection by IOP due to high similarity is not the responsibility of ICSAP-2026.
